1. Eligibility & Purpose
Aivanta Inc. grants media accreditation exclusively to working journalists and editorial staff from legitimate news outlets (including print, broadcast, and recognized online publications). The purpose of this credential is to provide the necessary access and tools to report on our event, interview participants, and utilize our content.
2. Excluded Roles
Accreditation is strictly reserved for editorial roles. We do not issue media passes to the following professionals, even if they work for media organizations:
- Marketing, advertising, or public relations agencies.
- Corporate content creators, brand managers, or social media teams.
- Market researchers, consultants, or analysts.
- Non-editorial staff, such as account managers, sales, or business development executives.
3. Independent Media & Creators
Freelancers, contributors, filmmakers, influencers, and podcasters are eligible to apply but are subject to a stricter assessment. To validate your status, you must submit:
- Proof of Assignment: A formal letter from a legitimate media outlet assigning you to cover the Aivanta Inc. event.
- Recent Work: Evidence of recently published work with a recognized media outlet.
4. Terms of Access
- Attribution: Any content produced using Aivanta Inc. access must clearly credit Aivanta Inc. as the source.
- Coverage Monitoring: We track coverage generated by attending media. Failure to publish work based on the event may result in the denial of accreditation for future Aivanta Inc. conferences.
- Revocation Rights: Aivanta Inc. retains the sole right to approve, deny, or revoke media accreditation—including previously issued invitations—at any time and at our discretion.
