Aivanta is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all participants. This policy applies to every aspect of our events, including physical venues, digital platforms, networking sessions, and sponsor exhibits.
1. Professional Conduct
We demand professional behavior from every attendee. We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, or discrimination in any form. Prohibited behaviors include:
- Discrimination: Offensive comments related to gender, orientation, race, religion, disability, age, or appearance.
- Harassment: Stalking, deliberate intimidation, cyberbullying, or unwanted photography/recording.
- Disruption: Sustained disruption of talks or events, or instigating unwelcome contact.
2. Safety & Zero Tolerance
Aivanta enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding actions that threaten the safety or well-being of our community. This includes:
- Violence & Threats: Facilitating or promoting violence, criminal activity, or threatening behavior.
- Harmful Content: Sharing graphic, obscene, cruel, or sexually exploitative content (including self-harm promotion).
- Privacy Violations: Infringing on the privacy or image rights of other participants.
3. Enforcement & Consequences
Compliance with this policy is mandatory. If a participant engages in any of the above behaviors, Aivanta organizers reserve the right to take immediate action. This may range from a verbal warning to immediate expulsion from the conference without refund.
