When Will Brand Storytelling Return to In-Person Events?

Normally, the Brand Storytelling team would be preparing to welcome over 100 brands and their storytelling partners to Park City, Utah during the Sundance Film Festival. But, there is nothing normal about this year and sadly, Brand Storytelling at Sundance will not take place in 2021.

We are adapting to serve the community and help everyone we can to stay engaged, make new connections, share ideas and just hold one another up! Like everyone, we are learning new tricks and finding ways to connect on video when we can’t be together. Some of that will endure when the pandemic is over, but we realize there is no replacing in-person gatherings for this industry. We are anxious to provide those in-person opportunities again when the time is right and we can do so safely. So, here’s what you can look forward to from Brand Storytelling:

The Brand Storytelling Network (BSN)

The BSN will provide connections and engagement with over 100 invited brands and a select group of twenty partner companies. Members will connect through 1:1 video meetings, group discussions, keynote presentations, film premiers, happy hours and more.

Brand Storytelling Honor Roll

2020 will be a year to remember as brands faced all sorts of production roadblocks and social issues. Nominations are open now through January 8, 2021. Honorees will be announced and celebrated on a Livestream in early February. Help us honor those responsible for great brand content by making your nominations today and tune-in for celebration when we announce the honorees.

ELEVATE 2021

The Summer retreat for Brand Storytellers was canceled for this year. We are hopeful to return to Park City in July/August in 2021, but no date has yet been set. Stay tuned…

Brand Storytelling at Sundance Film Festival, January 2022

This will be the 7th year for Brand Storytelling at Sundance and after having to sit out 2021, this will be a much-anticipated comeback event. The interruption this year gives us more time to plan and organize an experience for 2022 that will be really special.
